Booking
Book via phone, whatsapp or sms. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. You must be 18+ and live in the UK.
Payment
50% is required at the time of booking, the remainder is required at the end of each session.
Cancellations and Refunds
You usually have 14 days to cancel after booking.
If you ask me to start within 14 days, refund rights may change.
Cancellation policy: Cancel 48+ hours before → 50% refund.
Cancel less than 48 hours before → no refund, but you can reschedule once for free.
Refunds are made within 14 days to your original payment method.
If something goes wrong
I aim to provide a service with care, described and agreed.
If you are unhappy, contact me. I will try to fix, redo, or refund where appropriate.
Delays
I am to meet your booking date but delays may happen (traffic, weather). If delayed by more than 1 day, you can wait or cancel for a full refund. I am not responsible for delays outside our control.
Your responsibilites
Pay the agreed price. Provide accurate information. Make sure your home/space is ready for us to work together. Provide details of who will be in the home/office
Make sure cash, jewelry or valuable items are stored securely.
Safety first
I will not handle Cash, Jewelry or valuable items without you present.
I reserve the right to termination the session if anyone present is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
I reserve the right to termination the session if people not listed are present.
